All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail Signed For First Class or by a tracked and signed courier service, depending on size/volume of your order.
A signature will be required for all deliveries (excluding fabric/wallpaper samples).
We aim to despatch within 48 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday only), provided your item is in stock. If your item is out of stock or is a custom order we will be in touch to discuss delivery details.
UK: Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery.
Overseas: Please allow up to 21 working days for your delivery.
Overseas cushion orders: Please note that due to high postage costs all cushions are sent without the duck feather inner.
Ceramics/Wallpaper: Please note that these items are currently only available in the UK.
Fabric: As all of our fabric is printed to order please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
If an item has been damaged in transit please do not sign/accept the goods simply inform us immediately via email: email@example.com or phone:07976 186442, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Unfortunately if you sign for a damaged item we will be unable to make a refund.
